What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.  We also accept PayPal and Google Pay.

    How do I track my order?

    Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once your order ships, you will receive another email with a tracking number so that you can track your order's shipping status.  

      How do I return an item?

      All returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date if damaged or incorrect.  To initiate a return, send a request for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to our customer support team here.

        I placed an order but I didn't get a confirmation email. What should I do?

        First, check your spam and junk email folders. If you still don't see the confirmation email, contact our customer support team here.

          How long will it take to receive my order?

          Once your payment is confirmed, order processing takes approximately 3-5 working days.  Once your order is processed, you will receive your order within 5-7 working days depending on your shipping method.

            I want an item that is sold out.  How can I find out if it will be back in stock?

            If an item is sold out, you can sign up to get an email alert to know when the item is back in stock.  Once you receive the email alert that an item is back in stock, we recommend that you place the order as soon as possible.  We cannot guarantee the availability of restocked items.
